My name is Ashley Meier, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Nutritionist (CNC). I have been in the fitness industry for more than 10 years. For the majority of that time, I felt like I was spinning my wheels and not getting the results that I was yearning for.

In 2023, I decided enough was enough. I took back the reins of my fitness journey and educated myself on the fundamentals of fitness—training and nutrition. I learned how to cater plans to meet my specific goals, and now I help people all over the world do the same through my nutrition coaching and physical training services.

What kind of results can I expect?

If you commit to meeting your macro targets, you can expect to see a measurable change in your body by the end of your 12-week program. You’re not trying to drop pounds fast because the faster you lose weight, the more likely it is to return. You’re going to lose body fat that will never come back, and replace it with muscle so you can live ife to the fullest.

While lots of coaches send out video messages, as a nutrition or combo client, you’ll get
weekly face-to-face time with me (in person or online). We’ll talk through your nutrition plan,
tackle any challenges you’re facing, and modify your program as needed so you can
progress toward your goals.

You do not need a gym membership, but you do need a few pairs of dumbbells. All workouts are catered to each client specifically—equipment available for use, at home or in the gym, how many days a week, etc.

No, the goal of my nutrition program is for you to learn how to take your current lifestyle and
diet and make it work for you to obtain your fitness goals (gaining muscle, losing body
fat, etc.). I will give you examples and instruction on what to eat and how to adjust portions to
fit your specific nutrition plan. Be aware, unless someone is a licensed dietician, they
legally cannot prescribe meal plans.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and a Certified Nutritionist (CNC) both through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association).
